However both the original and the modded firmware have huge security holes and high ADSL network communications latency (30% higher latency than with a Buffalo/Billion/Zyxel router (I have all of them and I have run a comparative test) running OpenWRT or DD-WRT (or the Billion original firmware for the Billion router).
